I received my Bachelor's degree from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in Biology and Neuroscience. Since then I have gained experience in wildlife rehabilitation, veterinary medicine, conversation and sustainability, and fish pathology. I am currently working in two laboratories concentrating on amphibian and fish parasites and fish pathology including virology, bacteriology, parasitology and molecular biology.
In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my dog 'Dez', rock climbing, fishing, yoga, skiing, running, hiking, and reading!
