This is my third summer a part of the Necropsy Team here in the Johnson Laboratory. I graduated from Auburn University (War Eagle!) with a Bachelor's degree in marine biology and my main research interests involve parasites and marine life. I am most intrigued by the behavioral and morphological influences parasites can have on their hosts. For the rest of the year I will be working in another Laboratory at the University of Washington in Seattle that focuses on parasitology of marine fish.
When I’m not in a lab, I enjoy getting together with friends and checking out different parts of Colorado and Washington. I also love being on the water and jump at any chance to be on a boat!
