The “Nightlife” of a Field Biologist
Led by graduate student Travis McDevitt-Galles, our field team wrapped up a highly successful summer in the East Bay region of California. Here pictured sampling for invasive bullfrogs by headlamp. Through the combined efforts of our field- and lab crews, we sampled over 110 wetlands for amphibians, fishes, invertebrates and their collective parasites -- which is among the most sites we have ever visited in a single season.
